Before our journey started
Sarah was in to health and fitness prior to coming down for sessions, however, she wanted help to get motivated again and to drop her weight.
What We Achieved
Sarah is a mum of 2 and at the time, she struggled with motivation to help her get to a weight that she was happy with.
We started sessions and set clear goals and decided she wanted to do 2 sessions per week to help in her progress. Sarah was keen to work hard and push herself where asked to.
We changed her food habits, but with some relaxed areas to ease her into the changes. She found with training she was less stressed and had more energy.
We got some really good results all round and Sarah is still enjoying sessions and keeping track with her new goals.
