Before our journey started
Emma came to me beryls anxious and self-conscious. Wanting to feel better about herself, Emma was a little lost on how she could achieve this.
What We Achieved
Emma wanted to start on 2 sessions per week to help her get into a routine.
Emma was new to weight training and believed it was just for males and didn’t understand how it could help her achieve a better body for herself as well as feeling better mentally.
Each session, Emma progressed and achieved what was set out, she learnt different types of training she could do at home, as well as finally getting her diet in line with her goals.
Emma now says she feels mentally and physically stronger and is very happy with what she has achieved so far.
