Joe wanted a 6 week plan to see what he could achieve.
What We Achieved
From the beginning, we hit the sessions hard with Joe with him already being in some kind of fitness. We changed his diet and increased the tempo of his sessions weekly.
With just six weeks to get some good changes, we moved a lot quicker than normal and a lot stricter. This helped as Joe was motivated and really wanting to make some fast changes to his lifestyle.
